Arvind Dhillon really knows business
Arvind Dhillon immigrated to Canada from India in 1999, at the age of 15 years old. In high school, Arvind was already thinking with a business mindset – he used to frequent pawn shops to sell watches and learn the ins and outs of business.
In 2000, he got his first job, and since then – he’s been a workaholic who is driven by the principles of business and growth.
Since he first started working, Arvind has thrived through innovation, business genius, and leadership.
In 2005, Arvind completed a security systems diploma at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He started his first company, Covert Solutions in 2007 – with the idea that home security systems did not need to sacrifice being top quality to be affordable.
In 2011, Arvind Dhillon started building houses, and excelled in the real estate and development industries until 2019. Here, he honed in his business skills through experiencing the competitiveness of Vancouver’s premier real estate market.
In 2020, Arvind shifted his focus away from the ins and outs of real estate and the buying and selling of houses into investing in growth-driven companies.

In 2020, Arvind purchased Top of Vancouver, Vancouver’s staple and world famous fine dining restaurant, located in Downtown Vancouver (pictured at the iconic Harbour Centre in the image below).
Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Arvind fearlessly persevered capital and corporate growth during a time when many independent businesses in Vancouver were forced to shut down. Top of Vancouver continues to be the leading fine dining experience in all of Vancouver, alongside being one of the most iconic restaurants throughout Canada and the Pacific North West.
In 2021, Arvind Dhillon continued to expand his venture capital pursuits, and purchased Safe Watch – a premier live video monitoring service located in Burnaby, British Columbia, that serves many businesses in the area.
Today, Arvind Dhillon continues to invest his time in his businesses, with his family, in his philanthropic work, and in socialite endeavours. He actively seeks his next business investment, and uses his criteria of stellar management to guide his business purchases and acquisitions.
